Unity Toastmasters is a local chapter of Toastmasters International, the not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping its members develop and improve public speaking abilities. How? During a recent meeting club member Brett Beane takes the role of "Word Master." The Word Master provides the club with a Word of the Day, its meaning, and an example of how it's used. Club members are to use the word as often and correctly as possible throughout the meeting.
